URGENTLY REQUIRED: Senior Key Account Manager (Food Ingredients) Office Location: Jakarta Barat We have been retained by a Global Food Ingredients Producer. We invite professionals who have the characteristics & competence expertise in above average and have good performance records and achievements for filling the position. Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important customers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Understand each customer's unique needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions and services. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional customer service at all times. Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and supply chain to develop strategies that meet customer requirements and drive business growth. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new customer partnerships to expand the company's market reach. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to stay informed about industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of success in key account management within the food industry, with a minimum of 10 years of experience. Deep understanding of food ingredients, manufacturing processes, and industry regulations. Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must.& ; Strong analytical abilities with the capability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and customers Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer issues.
